Enlarged Pores
While pores are typically so small that we rarely notice them, they can occasionally be larger, especially in facial skin.
The following elements could result in larger pores:
Age (As we age, we naturally lose the elasticity in our skin, making pores appear bigger than they actually are.)
Genetics
acne or oily skin
exposure to sunlight
excessive production of oil
certain medicines

Enlarged Pores
1, Micro-needling
During this technique, very small micropunctures are made with extremely fine needles into the dermis. By increasing the amount of collagen and elastin produced, this in turn enhances the skin’s healing process. In the end, the skin is younger-looking and firmer.
There may be some redness for a few days throughout the recovery period. It works well to minimize pore size, lighten scars, and hide stretch marks in addition to improving the texture and suppleness of the skin.
2, Laser Treatments: ResurFX™
There’s a good chance that you’ve heard about fractional resurfacing if you keep up with the aesthetics world. The most recent fractional resurfacing technology is Lumenis® ResurFX. The goal is to affect just a small portion of the skin’s surface. Numerous tiny channels are made by laser energy that pass from the epidermis, the top layer of skin, to the dermis, the next layer of skin. The light energy transforms into heat as soon as it reaches the dermis. The body starts a wound-healing reaction when it detects heat in the dermis layer because it thinks it has been injured. This entails new collagen and elastin formation as well as the immediate remodeling of the local collagen. These modifications enhance skin because elastin makes the skin flexible and elastic while collagen gives the skin’s underlying structural stability.
Mending the surrounding skin almost immediately. In reality, the punctures that are made heal completely in a matter of hours. Stretch marks, acne scars, and regions of uneven pigmentation are all reduced throughout this damage/healing phase.
With ResurFXTM, you may select from more than 600 different combinations of shape, size, and density for the best possible treatment thanks to a 1565 nm fiber laser and an extremely sophisticated scanner.
3, Chemical Peel
Chemical peels use various types of prescription-strength acids, such as retinol or salicylic, to remove the outer layers of dead skin and reveal the healthier, softer skin underneath. Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeons offers Step 3 chemical peel treatment at all of our clinics.

To maximize collagen stimulation, cellular renewal, antioxidant effects, and DNA protection, this cream combines 6% retinol with potent ingredients.
